When a strong-willed perimenopausal documentary filmmaker is told there isn’t a lot of help available for her symptoms, she goes on a mission to find out more about menopause, and ends up on a quest that makes her relearn everything she thought she knew about aging.
MENOPAUSE: COMING IN HOT s a thought-provoking, tongue-in-cheek documentary that follows filmmaker Kate Green into the most overlooked and misunderstood phase of a woman’s life — menopause. The film ventures where few documentaries dare to go, taking viewers on a whirlwind journey through the physical, emotional, and societal aspects of menopause, bringing to light a topic that has long been shrouded in silence, while hopefully helping Kate remember where she put her car keys.
